1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Limited Liability for Product Dissatisfaction

First Sun Investment will not be liable for any product dissatisfaction emanating from customers' environmental influence and interventions.

This means that if you are dissatisfied with a product due to factors outside of our control, such as improper storage, handling, transportation, or environmental conditions after delivery, we will not be held responsible.

2.1 Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide proper care and housing for day-old chicks as per recommended poultry farming standards
• Maintain appropriate temperature, ventilation, and hygiene conditions
• Follow recommended feeding and watering schedules
• Implement proper biosecurity measures on your farm
• Seek veterinary assistance when necessary

2.2 Our Responsibilities

First Sun Investment commits to:

• Providing healthy, vaccinated day-old chicks
• Ensuring proper handling during transportation
• Delivering chicks within agreed-upon timeframes
• Providing basic care instructions upon delivery

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

All orders must be placed through our official channels. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Emalangeni (E) and are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay.

3.3 Delivery

We offer free delivery from Siteki to Mbabane corridor. Other locations are available by arrangement. Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (live day-old chicks), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once chicks have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Eswatini, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
